SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Exchange Policy

To process an exchange, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-866-249-6112 or email geo@razzledazzlecosmetics.com within 14 days The returned items must include all original packaging and must be in new condition. Once we receive your items, we will process and ship your replacement items.

Return Policy

If you would prefer to return your items for a full refund, please request a Return within 14 days by either contacting our Customer Service department or requesting the return via email. You must also return the original items to Razzle Dazzle Cosmetics within 30 days. The returned items must include all original packaging, and must be in new condition. Once we receive your approved order, we will process your refund.

Return Processing Time and Notification

Once Razzle Dazzle Cosmetics has received your returned item(s), we will process your return within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification of any returned credit. If you have requested an exchange, a new shipment confirmation will be sent to you and you will receive email notification of shipping information. If there are any issues or problems with your return/exchange, Razzle Dazzle Cosmetics will notify you via telephone or email.
